Online poker sites have brand ambassadors to represent them. Normally these are well known poker players with significant achievements on the poker tables, particularly in live tournaments. The online poker site Bodog.com has over the last year been focusing on signing up women associated with the world of poker. In keeping with this policy Bodog.com has announced that Tatjana Pasalic will be the latest brand ambassador of Bodog.com.
The 26 years of age Tatjana is Croatian but lives in London. Her association with poker is more as a reporter and presenter than as a player. She began her career as a free lance blogger and ended up writing columns for Playboy and Poker Europa. In July 2009 she did her first assignment as presenter for Unibet.com and has worked for online poker sites like PartyPoker.com and FullTilt.com. She has also covered the European segment of WPT. Her best achievement at the tables is a finish at sixth place at the Women’s World Open IV in London, March 2009.
Tatjana is ecstatic about her assignment with the online poker site Bodog.com. Reacting to her signing as their brand ambassador, Tatjana said, “Bodog’s brand is the one that fits me best … from the photo-shoot onwards everybody at Bodog has had a wicked sense of fun which is what I am about too so the synergy is obvious. They’ve all shown me great support already so it’s now just up to me to take down the World Series!” Bodog.com is as pleased to have Tatjana on board. Their official release said, “She’s as charming away from the tables as she is tight-aggressive when she’s staring you down at the river, and we couldn’t be happier that Tatjana Pasalic is now part of Team Bodog.”
The other Bodog.com brand ambassador is the female poker professional Evelyn Ng. Bodog.com has also announced that they are extending their contract with Evelyn. Evelyn has a strong presence on the Bodog.com online poker site. On the poker front are her videos giving tips on how to play Texas Hold’em. She has written articles in a lighter vein describing her ten favorite poker hands. And there are tidbits of juicy gossip in pieces like The Naughtiest and the Nicest Poker Pros.
