With the closure of the American domains of the online poker
sites PokerStars.com, FullTilt.com and AbsloutePoker.com there
is an exodus from the other domains of these sites as well.
Other online poker networks and sites are vying for the traffic
by increasing the rewards offered by them. The Microgaming Poker
Network has announced some major enhancements.
The guaranteed amount for the headline poker tournament of the Easter Festival has been increased from €500,000 to €750,000. This not only makes it the largest tournament ever run by the Microgaming Poker Network, but also the largest tournament running this weekend on European online poker sites. A two week extension has been announced for the popular Magic Hands promotion in which €3,000 per day is randomly being paid to cash game players.
